What does the POS sync setup cover?+
The one-time setup is $3,000 per location with a 2 to 3 week implementation. It covers POSaBIT key exchange and first full inventory sync, WCIA catalog baseline import, an onboarding call with our team, team roster seeding, and a sandbox walkthrough so your staff is comfortable before go-live. It requires a call to schedule, and your subscription begins once you go live.
Is there a free trial for retailers?+
Yes. Retailers get a 7-day free trial and can run the real product with their real data, no credit card required. When the trial ends you continue on the plan you pick.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Cancel directly from the Stripe billing portal; access continues through the end of your paid period. No multi-year lock-in, no cancellation fees.
What does "per location" mean?+
A location is one licensed retail storefront. Each connected POSaBIT location adds $25/month (passed through to POSaBIT at cost). Starter supports one location; Pro supports up to three; Enterprise is unlimited. Add or remove locations any time - Stripe prorates automatically.
How does annual prepay work?+
Pay for 12 months up front and you get two months free. That's $408 to $804 in subscription savings depending on tier. You can still cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
Do you support states other than Washington?+
WeedUs is live for Washington retailers first. Additional states (Oregon, Colorado, and others) are sequenced behind compliance review and POSaBIT coverage. If you're operating in another state and want early access, hit the Contact Sales button below.
What POS integrations do you support?+
POSaBIT is the Phase 1 launch integration. Additional POS systems are on the roadmap - let us know which one you use via Contact Sales and we'll flag you when it ships.
